This 15 hour intensive course can be taken as continuing education or as the first course of two in our Comprehensive Mat Instructor Training. Students will learn the fundamental and beginning mat movements from an exercise science based approach, emphasizing the biomechanical purpose for each movement. You will leave with with the tools you need to teach a safe and challenging beginning level Pilates mat class!
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of Pilates movements and /or experience as a group fitness, dance or yoga instructor, and a basic understanding of anatomy.
Cost: $450, including workbook for 101 Pilates Mat workshop only

This 10 hour course can be taken as continuing education or as the second course of two in our Comprehensive Mat Instructor Training. Students will learn the intermediate and advanced Pilates mat exercises along with an in depth look at the shoulder and its importance in these more difficult movements.
Pre-requisites: Pilates Mat 101 and/or group fitness instructor experience.
