During this hands-on workshop you will learn a variety of practical functional assessments that will identify your clients' muscular imbalances and improper movement patterns. Our instructors will then teach you specific exercises and stretches to address the physical fitness needs of your clients. The assisted stretching and PNF techniques will provide added benefits to your clients' programs. You will leave the course with a deeper understanding of conditions that restrict their fitness regimen and how to develop a plan for their improvement. We'll teach you skills that are immediately applicable to your clients!
